Blown Film Lines P Professional - for medical technology & Pharmacy Mono and multi-layer products, tests, development, quality control
Blown film lines are used for function tests of polymers and compounds, for the development of multi-layer films, quality control for colour distribution, control of the dispersing behaviour of compounders and extruders or for the production of small film hoses in the food and medical sector.
These COLLIN lines are mainly used for medical and pharmaceutical applications – for example for the production of infusions bags or other mono or multi-layer products. Vertical extrusion into a water-cooled ring provides optimal film transparency. The modular design of the individual line components offers enormous flexibility for the production.

The control panel consists of a 10.1“touch screen (CMI 10), function keys, a data wheel and an emergency stop button. The control has an interface to the optionally available software Visual FECON.
